Our vision is of a world where people travel to discover and blend in with the rest of the world, sharing the beauty and the social problems of the latter. Our vision is of a world made up of people that whatever they do, trying to make her make the earth a better place for all.
MISSION
Our mission is to promote the growth of sustainable tourism in Nepal, one of the poorest countries in the world and at the same time one of the most beautiful and unspoiled. We want to promote volunteering in Nepal and provide to our volunteers an unforgettable experience and useful for their personal growth.
Discovery: We firmly believe in the value of the discovery as a means of human and personal growth. Travel, explore the world and its most remote corners, we think it’s not an experience that has a beginning and an end. Once you start the journey, opening your mind every day more, you wont stop because you will draw a personal benefit first.
Sustainability: Another kind of turism is possible. Travel and discover the world is one of the most interesting and inspiring activity that the man do since the dawn of time, so why don’t take advantage of your passion for travel and try in one’s own small way to make the world a better place? We think that combine a passion for travel in a volunteer activity is the key to transforming a simple vacation into unforgettable and sustainable human experience.
Peace: We are totally against any form of violence. We believe that world peace is an unattainable utopia until the people do not begin to see themselves as part of one great nation. that’s why we try to connect people far and from very distant universes.
Adventure: One of the most easy way to know better himself is by putting to the test himself. So what could be better than left his own world and accept the challenge to change habits, culture, weather and certainties? Is there something better than help people in need and improve our own skills at the same time?
Trust: Trust is one of our core values. This value has been based all professional relationships that led to the realization of nepalvolunteertravel.org and partnerships with NGOs working for years in Nepal. We deeply trust in our partners and we work every day to strengthen the trust of our volunteers.
Equality: We firmly believe that all the people in the world are equal and no one of them deserve to be forgotten. Calamity, wars and poverty conditions often do not allow to satisfy the basic human needs and don’t guarantee the equality between different populations in terms of opportunity. That’s why we work every day, to reduce that gap.
